We were engaged to help Scottish Parliament train their contracts and procurement team on Supply Chain Risk Management concepts, and to ensure delivery of a framework to help the first line manage supply chain risk going forward.
Through a mixture of practical sessions, delivered teaching, focus groups and use of a bespoke created workbook, we took the team from '0-60' in a full days workshop.
