We delivered workshops and planning for the Enterprise Risk Function. We looked at the use of GRC systems, and developed a 3-5 year plan for maturation of the function including proximal objectives throughout. We planned the key strategic objectives and identified stakeholder needs throught the organisation- ready for the Head of ERM to lead the charge!
